New partner coup for Solihull law firm Williamson and Soden

Solihull and Birmingham solicitors Williamson & Soden has strengthened its team by recruiting a leading West Midlands litigation specialist as a new partner. Nick Carter, for 11 years a partner at Birmingham-based Anthony Collins, has taken the role of head of commercial litigation at Williamson & Soden with a mandate to increase the scale and scope of the firm´s litigation practice. Mr Carter´s quarter of a century of legal experience runs across a broad spectrum of commercial litigation including the enforcement of general contractual arrangements through mediation and court action. He has also been extensively involved in acting on behalf of individual claimants and businesses in cases of professional negligence by such advisers as solicitors, accountants, brokers and surveyors.
