Hartnell Taylor Cook to manage Co-op property portfolio

The Co-operative Group has appointed Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP to manage its non operational property portfolio located throughout the South West and Wales. Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP will be responsible for all management and professional work emanating from the portfolio which consists of over 300 properties including the Park View Office Campus Bristol totaling approx. 250 000 sq. ft.
