Christie + Co martkets sale of four Ramada hotels

Christie + Co, the hospitality specialist adviser, has brought four Ramada Hotels to market. The freehold hotels — the Ramada Birmingham Solihull, Ramada Farnham, Ramada Guildford/Leatherhead and Ramada Hemel Hempstead — offer excellent facilities in highly accessible locations. Gavin Wright, director of corporate hotels at Christie + Co, said: “The four prominently-located hotels benefit from an excellent mix of overnight and weekend guests, and daily commercial, leisure and corporate business. The hotels are being offered freehold and we are anticipating a great deal of interest in them either as a group, in part or on a stand-alone basis.”
