Bristol Port Hosts Secretary of State for Transport

Justine Greening, Secretary of State for Transport, will be visiting The Bristol Port Company on Friday 22 June for the first time since her appointment last year. She will meet Directors of the business who will discuss key issues and take her on a tour of the Avonmouth and Royal Portbury Docks. Through Portbury, The Bristol Port Company receives import and export motor vehicles and this year is on target to handle 450,000 vehicles, a 3.5% increase on last year. Exports of motor vehicles are expected to increase this year by 2%.
