Aspirational paint retailer Farrow & Ball opens showroom in Solihull

Paint and wallpaper store Farrow & Ball has opened a new showroom at Solihull’s Mell Square. The famous Dorset based firm has opened a 900 sq ft store, on a new ten year lease. Best known for their presence in upmarket Home Counties towns and fashionable London, this is the first outlet that Farrow & Ball has opened in Solihull. The letting is a huge coup for Mell Square, which is continuing to attract niche independent retailers, despite the recession. Rob Alston, retail partner at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Farrow & Ball is precisely the sort of quality retailer that we have been looking to attract to Mell Square."
