Alder King wins most active agent in the South West Award

South West property consultancy Alder King has won the property industry’s prestigious Estates Gazette “Most Active Agent” award for the eleventh year in a row. The consultants won the award again after completing the most commercial property deals in the South West region during 2011, and were specifically recognised for completing the most deals office, industrial and retail sectors. Simon Price, head of agency at Alder King, said: “This is a fantastic achievement by our teams across the region and once again underlines our market leading performance. Despite the challenging market, we were able to increase the number of deals we completed across the region during 2011 in comparison to 2010." Alder King’s notable office deals during 2011 included the largest letting of the year in Bristol comprising 27,200 sq ft (2,527 sq m) at One Glass Wharf, Temple Quay to Creston Group Plc.
